Cancellation Policy
We require all customers to provide at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rebooking an appointment only then will the good faith fee will be refunded. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded the good faith fee of $30 due at booking will be charged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will lose 15 minutes on service and later arrival will be rescheduled. Clients are responsible for documents provided on all services . If errors assist due to false, incorrect, or missing documents the client is responsible for assuring we receive proper documents for correction.
